Leading for Impact – Session 1- July

Program Details

The “Leading for Impact” program is a 6 month program open to Aspiring, Middle or Senior leaders.   The program seeks to provide the opportunity to build instructional capacity via action research.  Participants will engage in the “Leading Action Research program” delivered by Griffith University.  The program provides two pathways:

  •  a non-assessment option to gain a digital certificate “Leading Action Research” OR
  • the assessment pathway to gain academic credit that may be used for further postgraduate study, e.g. Graduate Certificate or Master of Education.  Participants that complete the assessment pathway also qualify to apply for a CES scholarship (launching 2024) to complete Postgraduate study or to seek HAT or LEAD certification.

The aim of the “Leading for Impact” program is to build a leadership pipeline focused on improvement by understanding how to successfully lead learning via action research.
