Program Details

CTJ provides teachers an opportunity to moderate student work allowing teachers to compare judgements with their colleagues to closely understand what learners have achieved.

Moderation involves identifying a learner’s achievements, relating them to the Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards, and comparing judgement with the judgement of colleagues.

Moderation can either validate the teachers’ judgment or moderate the teachers’ understanding of what is required of learners at the particular Standard.
