Day 1 – 5 March 2024
This day will allow participants to explore and unpack various aspects of professional conversations. Learn how to approach these with positive intent and emotional intelligence. The course is designed for all people who wish to communicate clearly and kindly in the workplace.
Day 2 – 5 November 2024
Building on the work from Term One, participants will learn how to hold conversations of accountability with emotional intelligence to achieve positive outcomes.
