As school counsellors, our purpose is to collaboratively address the holistic needs of students in our schools. The Counsellor Staff Meeting is held each term. It serves as a platform to review current and new policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to our practice within Catholic Education Services Cairns. We share best practice, discuss emerging trends in student wellbeing, and consider ways forward to best support our school communities.
