The “Middle Leader Development Series” is for more experienced middle leaders. Leading from the middle is a unique challenge, and this series helps sharpen essential leadership skills. Sessions focus on leading learning, building trust, holding professional conversations, managing conflicts, and driving change. The session includes research-based insights, reflection, collegial dialogue, and networking opportunities, helping middle leaders thrive in their roles. The potential for support networking opportunities and investigating practice will be determined by the group.
