Leaders and managers who lead with a coaching approach to develop others have a positive impact on the workplace culture. A coaching mindset requires emotional intelligence competencies of developing others, empathy and self-awareness and the good news is that these competencies can be developed and enhanced. This workshop will focus on exploring the thinking and routines to embed a coaching approach.
