2026 eMinerva Familiarisation Session
eMinerva (School and Student Administration System) is an enterprise database used by all CEDC schools as the central point of truth for student data in all CEDC systems. It contains information on all students, related persons and enrolments, attendance, timetables and is used in the generation of fees. It is used by school leadership, administration staff, teachers and CEDC staff.
Contracted staff are automatically provisioned with access according to their role. Relief teachers are provisioned with access when details of the relief day are entered into WSS Timesheet Planner. Non-contracted staff, or staff whose role does not include eMinerva access, can be manually provisioned with access via request from a school or CEDC leadership via the Help Desk.
