At the beginning of the year, a strong leadership team sets the tone by engaging in strategic planning sessions, prioritizing clear communication, and establishing a supportive environment for both staff and students. By aligning their vision and goals, they can inspire confidence, cultivate resilience, and ensure that everyone starts the year with a unified, motivated, and positive mindset.
This program aims to support your school leadership team to start putting the “pieces” together for team effectiveness. This program will develop your knowledge and skills about the behaviours of successful teams and allow you time to consider how to embed these practices in the work of your team.
Themes include building trust, communication, strategic thinking, instructional leadership, clarity of role and commitment to performance, accountability, and wellbeing.
Fee: $50/ head (includes morning tea and lunch and resources) Schools will be invoiced in November 2025.
Location: Catholic Education Services New Office, 232 Mulgrave Road, Cairns.
