This highly practical program is for administration staff in leadership or management roles, such as Office Managers, Business Managers, Facilities Managers, Operations Managers and Boarding Team Leaders.
This is essentially the second day of a two day programme but will be just as useful and effective as a stand alone professional learning event as new content will be covered.

Understanding behaviours and dispositions of effective leaders

Using emotional intelligence to build trust and influence

Team leadership skills for psychological safety and accountability

Professional conversations,

Developing coaching skills including goal setting and providing feedback
- Leading and managing change.
While the day will review and build on skills and understandings of the first session, both new and returning participants are encouraged to attend .
