The demands of leading from the middle are unique and often require leaders to sharpen a new suite of skills. These sessions focus on addressing the capabilities and dispositions required for effective middle leadership, including leading learning, building trust and psychological safety, holding professional conversations, using conflict management skills, and leading change. Each session will allow research-based input, reflection, collegial dialogue, and networking.
