The demands of leading from the middle are unique and often require leaders to sharpen a new suite of skills.
This event’s sessions focus on addressing the capabilities and dispositions required for effective middle leadership, including leading learning, building trust and psychological safety, holding professional conversations, using conflict management skills, and leading change.
The middle leaders’ standards will be a key focus of each session which will include research-based content, reflection, collegial dialogue, and networking opportunities.
This program is aimed at staff new to middle leader positions.
