This 2 day program is for administration staff in leadership or management roles, for example, Office Managers, Business Managers, Facilities Managers, Operations Managers and Boarding Team Leaders.
Topics will include:
- Understanding behaviours and dispositions of effective leaders
- Using the power of emotional intelligence to build trust and influence
- Introduction to the principles of Positive Psychology and how it can effect the workplace
- Team leadership skills for psychological safety and accountability
- Professional conversations, including goal setting and giving feedback
- Leading and managing change.
You will be able to apply these skills to an identified project in your context supported by two targeted coaching sessions.
