This mandated two-year induction program introduces Early Career and Acting Principals to their role as valued system leaders in Catholic Education, Diocese of Cairns.
Participants will be introduced to the foundational practices of effective school leadership and the elements of the system responsibilities for which they will now take shared accountability.
